Information about the day
Dresscode
We kindly ask our wedding guests to dress festively – but without pressure! Your attendance is most important to us. If there's a fancy outfit in your wardrobe you haven't had the chance to wear yet, this is it!
Those in active military service dress in formal military wedding uniform. Women in active service may choose between military uniform and civilian festive attire.
Food & Drinks
We have taken care of food and paired them with drinks, from apertifs to a small late-night snack. In addition, there is a bar at the venue, open throughout the celebration. Please remember to inform us about any special dietary requirements when filling out the attendance form.
Parking
Parking is limited both near the church and the reception venue. In the surrounding areas, there are mainly paid street parking spaces. There is also a paid parking garage near the venue. The easiest way to get to the church and from there to the venue is by public transport or carpooling. It takes around 30 minutes to get from the church to the reception venue by public transport, and around 10 minutes by car or taxi.
Children
We are celebrating among adults. However, if you have small children, you are joining us from further away and are traveling with kids, or your attendance would be affected, for example, because there is no babysitter available – just let us know, so we can make the needed arrangements and make it work.
Gifts

Accomodation
The reception venue and the church are located in the heart of Helsinki. There are numerous hotels and other accommodation options like Airbnbs within walking distance.
Photographing
There will be a professional photographer, who will capture our big day. Taking pictures is allowed, but if you prefer to keep your phone in your pocket, no worries – we will share a link to the photo gallery on this site after the wedding!
